1. Hey! FYI- Fancast also has the premiere of Californication. You can watch it free on Friday, Sept. 26th which is a full 2 days before it premieres on tv. You can spoil it for all of your friends!

4. ah yes: http://www.billboard.com/bbcom/news/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1003674961 i did hear about that. I”m not sure of the exact findings of the lawsuit (most likely a settlement) but I’ll try to find out.
